Lost in Translation



Finally, the time has come for me to post in English too.
At the moment, I live in a European city called Budapest.
Gastronomy has had my serious attention since I was born. I go to the kitchen to prepare something whenever I feel happy or if I'm sad and just to make me feel better.
I seriously regret not studying to become a professional chef. I'll survive somehow if I only become a simple economist in the fields of catering, restaurant and hotel management.
This blog is basically a translation of my original blog written in Hungarian.
I enjoy reading other people’s blogs where the authors share their personal stories interlaced with recipes. But I am not up to the task. Not because I have no stories to tell or have no opinion. The fact is English is not my native language so, without the excessive bothering of my future readers with misused prepositions or misplaced commas, I've decided to post mainly my recipes accompanied by short descriptions.
